Cruise withdrawal or when dyou start getting antsy about your next one?

I know...as soon as you debark...seriously...getting off, getting home..its ok...but after about 2-3 months...ugh! then, we start planning out in the future again, (we got 3 more after the one coming up) but that really doesn't take all that long anymore...and it depends on how far out the lines schedule goes, or when the next one comes out...antsy?? yeh...about 60 days out when we download our luggage tags and docs.  I know theres countdowns in different spots in here, and that's fine, till it gets "down there"..then I can get crabby....how bout you guys?

I have to have a cruise booked at all times.  It's in my DNA :)

Yup I was just on one in July and I already can't wait for my next one at the end of next month. I still miss last month's! I did not want to get off of that ship haha!

I usually want to book next 2 or 3 cruises before leaving for current cruise but my other half prefers to wait until we are back and depression has set in Big Smile

I have no cruise control. The cruises just book themselves!

My PVP is my enabler...

I have two modes; cruise mode and Faire mode... they are beginning to collide!

We like to have one booked all the time, just to have something to look forward to, but we have become more addicted than before and usually have two booked with the rare occasion (like now) when there are three.  My DH was asking what we should book for Oct. 2019 - Feb. 2020. Here I thought I was the "cruise-aholic" and he was the enabler.Wink

I keep telling you ... you need to get all the Faire peeps together and book a cruise ... then have Faire at sea.

We have gone on cruises with Faire friends, but not in garb (we call them Rennie cruises).  There has been a cruise or two where the ship was chartered (not by me), but the cost was higher. We have also happened upon one out of Galveston that the local festival folks gathered a group and we knew most of them (they wore garb). So it has been done.

That said, I like the way you think!Big Smile

We have booked our next cruise while onboard, or else within a month of getting home. I do all the planning - DH and our cruise friends tell me to choose everything and they will be happy. So far it’s worked Big Smile

It depends, sometimes we book while still on a cruise.  After our last cruise, we waited 2 1/2 months to book one to Cuba.

I just got off my last cruise and before I even got on the ship, I had my next one booked a year before the sailing date for the second one.  So now, I only have 8 months to wait until my next one.  Since it's leaving from the same port as my last one and we like to arrive a day early, we already have the hotel booked as well (it's the same one we used this time around).  So now, we just have to worry about packing and theater tickets (we're leaving out of NYC, and since I'm the Broadway Queen in the family I get to pick the show!).  Now comes my favorite part of the planning process: booking the theater tickets and packing!  I even have a special space in my closet reserved just for clothes I want to take on the cruise!
