Cruise out of Houston Texas

Princess Cruises and Norwegian Cruise Lines, to offer new service from the Bayport Cruise Terminal. Looks like Houston Texas will get to use the abandon cruise terminal. Are you ready for Texas to become a cruise haven?

I saw that on a News page. It's a shame that they weren't using that terminal. I would be interested in the Caribbean Princess. The NCL ship....no so much.
We've sailed out of Galveston a couple of times. It would be nice not having to take that bus ride the port when flying into Houston!
I cruised out of Houston on the NCL Norwegian Sea on November 2004
2004 is the first and last time any cruise ships sailed out of Houston. I'm glad to be able to drive to either one, but I love Galveston best.
Our travel agent is from around the Houston Area, and he's pretty excited about the news that they will be sailing again. He loves Princess, so you know he'll be cruising often.

Galveston is and will always be the best.  The Houston terminal was a boondoggle & they are giving those cruise lines a big monetary break to use the terminal...there was a good story on the politics of that terminal on ktrk channel 13
