Crew members of any line.. Please chime in.

There are so many forums and reviews and critics and peoples opinions from around the globe stating all opinions good or bad...I would love to read honest thoughts and opinions from actual hard working employed members of any line about how we as passengers can make it better for all.   Also, yes passengers..we all pay for a hopefully wonderful trip.  This is simply asking crew and staff members thoughts...

Great idea, Todd!

On CC, there is an engineer who comments on threads.  I love reading his explanations of mechanical issues.  Helps put things in the proper perspective.

This discussion will most likely go by the way side... I doubt any crew members will log on to this forum.

We read blogs of a captain on HAL.  We also communicate with crew by email or Facebook.  I think that most are too busy on cruises to have time to go on Forums.  Also their jobs are at stake if they say anything negative online.  How candid can you expect them to be?

It would be good to hear from former crew and staff too. My sister used to share great stories with us when she was working on cruise ships as a Cruise Assistant and then 1st Purser, but that was many years ago.

You can get more opinions from crew on Yourtube,  they have a few crew members that have posted lots of video's.
