Common sense or does this help a new cruiser?

I think everyone thinks "It won't happen to me" or have never seen it, so they don't think... I'm always one for airing on the side of caution and like to be prepared.

There is no such thing as common sense.

It is a very informative article that should be given to all cruisers.

This is why I will only do the excursions offered by the cruise line because they have to wait if you're late getting back.

Consider the extra cost of a cruise line excursion in the same light as travel insurance.

Ive yet to book an excursion and when I do it will be through the cruise lines.  Like you stated.  They have to wait no matter what.

Very true... And think.. IF you do miss it, the expense of getting to the ship... Peace of mind... Priceless.

Great advice for new and experienced cruisers.
