Colon via Panama City, Panama

Anyone out there that might have some information on making arrangements to transfer from Panama City to Colon. I often find that arranging this on my own is more cost efficient, but I can't seem to find too much info on this. Please help if you can!

Hey there. It seems like you have several options: bus, renting a car, taking a train or flying. Though the train only runs once a day, it goes through the rain forest and you will be able to see the locks on the canal in operation from the windows and domed glass roof, which seems really cool. Here's some more info:

I will check your link now, but I had found that the train doesn't run on weekends. Perhaps it's a different train.

Thank you.
