I think he didn't care for the long line at guest services, and he was not prepared for the auto-gratuity. Also, possibly was expecting a handicapped room but didn't get it and the shower drain was not working properly.
Can you tell us more about the ship itself? Was it clean and well maintained? How was your cabin? How was your steward? Did he keep your cabin stocked with clean towels and bath amenities? What did you do in Nassau? Did you take take a shore excursion or walk around Bay Street on your own? Did you go to any of the show? How were they?
I am sure that you were ticked off about the long line at the front desk. If you waited until the end of the cruise to question your billing that long line is to be expected. Always get updates on your billing every few days to stay on top of things.
