Money Money money

In response to review, CrusinTim says ...

I'm a bit confused. When you stated "A whole lot of nothing for my 3k", are you saying you paid $3000 for an inside cabin for a 4 night cruise aboard a ship that is 22 years old? Not possible...right?

Thank you for posting your review. I was thinking the same thing... it sounds terribly overpaid. Please explain more if you are able.  Hope your next cruise is a great experience.

The advertisement on the left hand side this page says $489 for a suite with Balcony, 4 night Bahamas?  3k? We were on this cruise in 2010, and although I would never recommend it, I was wondering, is the MDR not included in the fare anymore. Th OP indicated that only the buffet was included??

I'm kinda hoping that the 3k was for the whole package. Strikes me as a bit pricy

I hope he repost with more detail.

Thanks for posting your first review here.  Sorry to read that you overpaid for your cruise.  If you didn't use a TA I suggest that you do so next time.  There are lots of other cruise lines out there.  I hope that your next cruise meets your expectations.  Carnival however does give the best value and usually the best prices.  Can't figure how your paid such a high price.
