Carnival's Past Cruiser Program

I read on another site today that Carnival is revamping (like everybody) their past cruiser program. They will be counting DAYS, not CRUISES like they did before. RCCL did this too. Will this effect you?

We have 77 days with Carnival, so we keep our Platinum Status...

It looks like everybody that has Platinum at this time will be "grandfathered" in.

Got 43 days sailed and we're glad to be grandfathered in Platinum. Our PVP told us two years ago to step up our sailings so we would be grandfathered in. Glad he did. : )

Glad to hear that you're grandfathered in. We're platinum, but a LONG way from the next tier.

Glad that we're "in". It's been a while since we sailed on Carnival. We seem to be enjoying RCCL and Celebrity lately.
