Can you elaborate on the beverage (alcohol) issue that needed to be resolved better? As for being lost at the Port, next cruise from a port you have never sailed from before, you can always ask pre-cruise here on Cruiseline.com on where to go. You would be happy to get the directions you need from other cruisers that have sailed from the port.

Sorry to hear you had a bad one sad hard earned money goes ignored by a billion dollar corporation, but I agree with auntpinkie don't give up try another cruise line but I definitely would address your displeasure with CARNIVAL CORPORATE cant hurt. Have a blast on your next adventure.

Thank you for posting your review. It is unfortunate that the experience did not live up to your expectations. For what it is worth, we preferred RC over Carnival when we were first getting started. Give other lines a try as well.

I have not sailed this ship. Sorry to read that it didn't meet your expectations.

I think for first time cruiser(s) it can be a wee bit intimidating going to a port. But so is traveling through an air port trying to make a connecting flight. However, in your review you did state that you traveled the royal Caribbean and it was much better and with that being said, I find it hard to believe that you didn't have any knowledge or sense of direction of where you should be going.

Not being impressed with the food service, well I guess it's a matter of taste and please tell us what the problem was with the alcohol purchase, we would like to know.
