Hi Jeff. They key phrase here is "UP TO". When offered OBC's (On-Board Credit) AKA cruise cash, there are certain variables that come into play. The amount you receive as cruise cash is dependent on your cruise length and/or cabin selection.. I can pretty much guarantee you that you would NOT get $1000 in cruise cash for a 5 day cruise. Priceline should have explained this to you. $1000 in cruise cash sounds for something more like a 14 day cruise or a TA (Trans-Atlantic) cruise.

I have to agree with  Tim here. Your agent should have explained it better. I have received a few perks from the agent and once by the cruise line. It's just better to ask before there are any misunderstandings.
