Carnival Fantasy

Has anyone been on The Carnival Fantasy, what is your honest opinion?  I am set to leave in 12 days and would appreciate any opinions.

Its been since 2014 and it was not that bad.  She needed a good cleaning.  I was not to impressed with the smaller class ship.  I have been reading some current reviews and she did go to dry dock and received up grades and a good cleaning.  Not to many complaints about her as of now.  I did have fun on the ship when I went but I did notice she needed help.

I would check out a bunch of the reviews. I go on there and check the spectrum out for some of my past ships and upcoming ships as well. There are some good detailed ones and some pictures as well if you are lucky!

I have not been on the Fantasy herself,  but I have been on 3 of the Fantasy class ships.    I like them for a short cruise,  they have a good lay out just the not all decks cutting all the way through so some up and down to get to a dining room.   The serenity is at the back of the ship down a flight of stairs from the back of the Lido.  I actually prefer the lay out of this class ship over the Glory.  I also like the informal dress of the short 3 or 4 night cruises,  I don't bother with a tie or sport coat.

Go, relax and enjoy,   you will have a great cruise.

The ship is smaller but its easier to get around. I like Fantasy.

Do they have the comedy club like the other ships do?  I have read reviews and people are saying this is a good one for first timers but that is it.  This will be our 4th cruise and I am concerned my wife might be disappointed.  Personally it makes no difference to me though

I usually read reviews before I book...but either way, just stay in a vacation state of mind and you will have a great time

I cruised out of New Orleans on the Fantasy , it was a fun ship

Yes.  They have an aft lounge.  Not sure if they have the comedy club with it.
