I would also write a hand written letter to Carnival Cruise Lines at the address given here... http://www.carnival.com/about-carnival/about-us/address.aspx . Have you attempted to contact Carnival at all? Did you book directly with them or through an agent? If through an agent, have them make some calls on your behalf as well. Good luck :)
