Carnival designs new theme bar

Carnival has designed and will put in place on 2 ships, the Glory & the Splendor a new theme bar.  Noir Bar, will be reminiscent of the old style bar often referred to as  a shot & a beer joint.   No fancy wines or high end vodkas here.  Just a solid oak bar with stools.  The bar will have floors that look ancient, complete with cigarette burns.  All bartenders will be named Manny, Moe, or Jack.   The bars will be decorated with a jukebox(with real records) shuffle board tables, a tv in one corner that never works, and even a working cigarette machine.  Also, in case you get hungry, behind the bar will be a selection of snacks available for purchase.  Slim Jims, pickled eggs from the jar, cans of sardines,  pigs feet ( smoked or pickled ) , and salted snacks.     This is the bar that resembles the first bar young men walk into when they turned 16, back when looking 18 was good enough.  These are VFW bars.   Researchers found many such bars in northern New Jersey towns.  The Mt. Hope Inn, the Rockaway hotel, are examples we copied.   Smoking will not only be allowed, but preferred.

Spider sounds like a good bar tender name, Tommy 'D' would be a good one to be sitting playing cards and drinking with Jimmy Conway and Henry too.

Don't forget the men's room with urinals falling off the wall and broken leaking toilets
