Carnival App

As of right now, the Carnival app only works on like 5 ships.  Does anyone have any idea when that is going to be expanded to, say, all of the ships in the fleet?  I'm doing the Paradise in January, and I think this app would be extremely helpful and useful!

I was wondering this myself. Leaving on Ecstasy in Sept & Legend in Aug. Would be great if the line could get all ships functioning. It's a major method of keeping in touch with traveling partners.

You should reach out to Carnival on that one. I know that the NCL app works on most if not all of their ships and on their web site where they list and describe the app they list the ships that it works on. It is probably a matter of some ships not having the upgraded infrastructure necessary to support the use of the app.

Oh, OldGreyWolf, you can bet the shareholders dollar that an infrastructure upgrade is necessary. When Carnival gets done trying to get everyone excited about the new Vista, they may go back to the rest of their ships and give them some lovin.

We are shopping around for lines that offer better guest experiences and service levels. It appears that Carnival is too worried about the shareholders bottom line at the expense of customer satisfaction.

Just an opinion. We all have one. Big Smile

If you go on the website or download the app, you will see that it is now, or will soon be, on a lot of the ships.
