Cabin Bath rooms, What ship has the best cabin bathroom ?

Here is a topic I have not scene in the forms but read a review stating how bad the shower was on the Radiance Class ships. I have been on a Radiance class ship and recall it was a very small shower that was circular and kind of stuck out into the room 1/2 way.

On the NCL star the bath room was divided into 1/3's with a sliding door to the water closet and a sliding door on the shower. The room itself felt small but I was sharing it with a couple buddies and this was great so shower was private as others could use the sink (glad that we were all good friends)

The Celebrity Equinox by far had the nicest of any ship I had been on, good size shower, good amount of counter space and lots of storage shelf's and closed in cabinet. It also had a nightlight that went on when the large room light went out. This was great for during the night not getting blinded if you had to use the bath.

I'm talking for regular cabins, not suites. I was in a friends suite on NCL Star and her bath room and closet was about the size of my outside cabin.

What is your favorite and worst ship bath room ?

The best I have had has been on Holland ships.

Loved the bathrooms in balcony cabins on Celebrity Solstice. By far the best lay out and storage, plus no shower curtain to fight with. Also a nice foot rail for shaving your legs! Well thought out.

The bathroom we had on the Amerikanis was bigger than our bathroom at home.

I’m not sure if that says more about your ship, or your home. LOL

I have heard the bathrooms on Disney ships are very spacious. The worst we have had is the Island Princess, I bumped my elbows every time or "hung out" over the edge. I am not that big of a person,

Talking about regular cabins, I was surprised that the ol' Carnival Inspiration has a better bathroom in it's ocean view and interior cabins than the NCL Pearl's ocean view and balcony cabins. The Amsterdam's bathroom was the smallest I've had. The regular Princess bathrooms weren't much better than NCL's.

But over all, so far, the 100 year old Carnival Inspiration had the best regular bathroom of all my cruises. Unfortunately I have no plans to step foot on a Carnival ship ever again.

The best bathroom I've had was the mini-suite on the Island Princess.

So that is the secret on that ship?!Wink

Without doubt the best bathroom I have experienced was onboard Hapag-Lloyd's Europa 2.

It is the only time I have come across a 'Natural Light' bathroom, i.e. One could be in the bath and see direct daylight outside...

The same bathroom also had a his and hers wash basin...

My wife and I have cruised twice on this ship. If you are interested to learn about the rest of the ship's qualities, here is a link to my cruise review earlier this year (March 2017)...

Hope you enjoy it.

That’s a pretty large bathroom for a ship. So tell me, which drawer pulls out with the bed in it ?

Laneybird----I agree, and one of the reasons the Seven Seas Voyager is our favorite ship. Also, the smaller, Seven Seas Navigator, has the same size baths and cabins in their non full-suite cabins.
