I know. Wonder if it was a genuine error or way to make some extra money????
Those towels were on the chair, neatly folded, from day 1. Our kids picked up and returned towels at the pool itself. ie. we never took them from the stateroom.
We had checked the bill at 4 pm., the day before, which included gratuity for 4. They also dropped off the copy of the bill at 11 pm. the night before we departed which was no different. Our CC showed an extra charge for $22. The refund will now be credited against the next month's bill. Will have to check that one to make sure they did give us the refund.
