Broken Engagement - Ring Overboard

Big hulabaloo on deck one night with an engaged couple literally duking it out...of course, lots of alcohol involved ... Suddenly, guy grabs back the ring and hurls it overboard!!!

Of course he later told the onlookers that he figured he had a better chance of getting his money back that way since it was insured than if the gf kept it.

Was she attached to it as the tossed it overboard ?   She may have been insured also  Big Smile

Now that made for some great people-watching :)

Really surprised no one had a camera / cell phone out ... would have been great Utube video! Most of us were actually rooting for the guy cuz she was quite the snooty lil bi$t@h

The media would run a story about a man tossing a woman over board with a picture of a Carnival ship on the background and Debbie wasn't on  Carnival.

LOL - how true ... they would get the blame!  The guy was actually a good 30 feet from the side when he grabbed her hand, grabbed the ring and whooooosh - went out for a long pass ... Personally, I would have thrown her with it ...

I was going to ask if you got it on "tape". I think that's the ultimate "buyers regret".Wink

I saw it coming earlier in the week ... she had told the group that her suite wasn't luxurious enough for her and she missed her luxurious bedroom with her boutique closet ... Lil Miss Sarcasm here asked her if her bedroom could float on the ocean and she just glared at me ...

Saw them in the casino and she was screaming at him that she had been looking all over the casino for him for hours and why was he hiding ... now if she said ship, ok but how in the world could you not find someone in the casino that is smaller than a bread box ????

Wonder how that plane ride back home turned out... Surprised

I bet he left his excess baggage at the ship ...

Wow... Women sure can mess a man up.  Mentally and financialy
