Sure hope we hear "the rest of the story"!

Well said AuntPinkie.

I can only post what I have at the time of posting...........wish I could know the future, my stocks would be doing much better Big Smile

You got that right re the stocks, but...googling that story, and weeding it out from all the others about peeps "magically" falling off cruise ships reveals she was a Brit, a grown adult type, fell off the NCL STAR on its way between ports. Fortunately for her the sea was calm, the water warm...Having said that theres a pic of the area where she "fell" off, taped off with a crew guy "guarding" it...Looks like it has the standard ships rail to keep peeps from "falling off"...Unless they work at it....yeh, the "rest" of the story....might be nize….considering theres sposed to be cameras all around these ships nowadays, and theyre lit up at you wont hear another word...unless its from far my predictions re any cruise line making "statements" are holding up...and that's from way b4 I even signed on in here!

She is lucky to have been found and pulled from the waters 10 hours later. Hats off to the search and rescue crews.

From the New York Post:

While the circumstances of how she fell are still being investigated, a cruise ship staffer named Daniel Punch said it looked like Longstaff had jumped into the water after a day spent drinking and arguing with her boyfriend and friends, The Sun UK reported.

“She didn’t fall, she jumped,” he said. “It was on my ship. I spoke [to her] throughout the whole week. She was arguing with her fella the whole time.”

outstanding...thanks for back to the mystery ejection.....

I was hoping that somebody other than some "promotions expert" would have something official to say...although I doubted it.. what I didn't expect was the CEO's mama to get into the act...and I see where the other passengers want compensation....mebbe they should demand it from HER....nah.....

I am really starting to feel sorry for the NCL President.

Not only is his company being railroaded, but now his mother is being quoted in the international press!

I think NCL should sue the woman for anything she is worth.
