Booking excursions

Unable to book online-told they are all sold out, book onboard. Can I really count on the concierge getting me the excursions I want once onboard? We are booked in a Sky Class Acquatheater Suite, & very disappointed that my very 1st 2 requests are denied.

Thank you for your advice. I will head straight to the concierge and /or excursion desk.
