Art Bell, personal cruise info

Well the main reason I came on was to announce that Art Bell died Friday.  The famous "Coast to Coast AM" host was 72.  As a midnight shift worker for way too many years I fondly remember listening to his broadcasts and having a good chuckle.

Keeping this posting cruise related I will now post cruise stuff:

I saw a great deal on the Ruby Princess reposition cruise for April 24-27, 2018 and asked my supervisor for a couple of days off and he said sure go ahead.  So my cruise bug will be fed very soon.

I figured, well since I was booking that I might as well take care of my November vacation and put down a deposit for November 3 California Coastal on the Ruby Princess.  So now I have three cruises to look forward to!  Hurray!!!

Yeah I might not get my car paid off right away like I was originally planning but I just couldn't stay away from cruising.  And I am way ahead on payments so it's not a problem.

Awesome--who needs a car when we have such wonderful mass transportation--cruise ships Big Smile

You sure like that ship JCOAKML Wink. It’s great to have a home port so close to you, and to be able to cruise often. Yay! Big Smile

Way to go!! Hoping you have a wonderful time. Big Smile

Mr Bell got me through many midnight shifts - may he RIP (with all his extraterrestrial friends).

Good catch on your unplanned cruise - have a great time!
