Are Fanny packs considered a personal item?

I know Fanny packs aren’t exactly “hip” these days, but I love mine! And I would love to bring my Fanny pack on my flight to Miami next week for my cruise. The only thing is, I’m doing carry on and a personal item only. Would my Fanny pack be considered a personal item?

I take my fanny pack on all my trips. They are still very much in use they just have diffrent names. I have one that's called a Running Belt Waist Pack it's very lighweight, stylish and slimmer but still a fanny pack.

Example:

That looks very much like what they used to call in the olden days a money belt.

Oops! Sorry guys, seems it did post (twice). Can't figure out how to delete one.

Theres no actual way to delete a post once its up. I hit "mark inappropriate" as a test...and the duplicate is gone. The process on the mods end is manual as I understand it. lets see what happens.

I ended up keeping the post with the photo and just deleted the second accidental duplicate. (Yes, I'm the person that goes through flagged content around here, too) Happy

that's good to know. Usually mods arent as conversational or forthcoming. kudos to you.

Thanks
