April Fools Day is this Saturday, the local radio stations usually have an April Fools Day bit, not sure what they will do since it is on a Saturday this year. Maybe when I go to the Amish store they will come out using technology,,, but then they already do since they use modern cash registers, take credit/debit cards etc.
My favorite April Fools day gag is when Rock 92 used the "The dihydrogen monoxide hoax involves calling water by the unfamiliar chemical name "dihydrogen monoxide" (DHMO), and listing some of water's effects in an alarming manner, such as the fact that it accelerates corrosion and can cause severe burns."
Others include the Dale Earnhardt 3 cent stamp that the Post Office was supposed to start selling or when they told everyone to bring their tv or vcr remotes to Circuit City, Best Buy or a video store with their name, address and phone number taped to it and the store would turn their tv system into HD tv by adding a chip to the remote.
I have seen the Carnival Submarine and the roller coaster hoaxes, but what is your favorite April Fools Day hoax? Have you been onboard for an April Fools Day?
