Any suggestions for Miami Hotel to Cruise Port transfers?

Sailing for 7 days in April from Miami, with a group of 12-14, 8-10 of which are staying in a hotel the night before (The other 4 are driving in from Boynton Beach)

I'm looking for a affordable van or bus service to take us to the cruise port

Ive tried the googles, but i'd like to hear others input

Hampton Inn and Suites Miami-Airport South- Blue Lagoon. they offer free airport shuttle. At the front desk you can book thru an independent shuttle provider a ride to the port. Cost???

We're already booked at the Hyatt Place Miami Airport East. They have a Shuttle, but unfortunately it doesnt start running until Noon, which is way too late to try to be boarding a megaship, IMO. Even if I have to sit in the boarding Lounge for a few min, I'd rather get to the port at 0930 or so.

Rideshare (Uber, Lyft) is cheap, easy, convenient, and fast. Caveat: in my experience, ride shares don't work well for groups larger than about 4 with luggage (the ones that hold more than that go way up in price); so you would probably need 2 or 3 vehicles. It would probably still be cheaper than a van or bus service.
