Any Recommendations for this port?

Looking for any recommendations for things to do at this port. No interest in Dunn's Falls as I have done this trip when I stayed in Jamaica. Anyone been to Doctors Cave? Looking to relax on a beach.

Thanks Lisa

Try the VIP package at the Bamboo Beach club. Excellent place to relax. Food and drinks supplied in ample quantities and the service is great.

Here is one we wanted to do, but you have to go in a group.  Up on Mt. Diablo there are a bunch of food shacks.   I was told it’s dangerous to go alone, but in a group you should be okay.   Ask a cab driver for more info, and buy him lunch too.    I was warned off it buy another student when I was taking classes.

I have done Doctors Cave twice in the last year. We really enjoyed it, the water is beautiful and the beach is nice. It cost $6.00 to get in and $6.00 per chair and umbrella. I don't remember the exact prices of drinks but don't think it was bad. Service is also pretty good on the beach. Both times we took a bus there and set a pick up time and they took us back to port. Also both times they tried to talk everybody on the bus into going to a different public beach. Most of what we heard was they wish they would have stayed at Doctors Cave.

The Bamboo Beach club does sound like something I would like to try, not sure if it all inclusive but if it is I might look into that next time we end up in Montego Bay.

Bamboo Beach Club has two options. One is all inclusive (VIP) and the other you pay as you go

In Falmouth, we did the Rafting down the Martha Brae river.  It was close to the port and afterwards we went to a park for lunch, which was delicious.  The rafting itself, was really very very calm.  It's really not rafting, more like floating.  The guide did have interesting stories.  If you are looking for something active and a little exciting, this is not the excursion for you.

We also dide the rafting mentioned above and it was very calm.  We had time for a swim during the ride.
