Age of Discussions

Why are so many threads so old? A lot are a year or two old without any responses.
I went to the NCL forums and there was a question about the Norway. No one had responded in a year.
Maybe someone should clean up the site to keep the forums current. I hate responding to a thread only to find it's 8 months old.
What do you guys think?

We certainly agree that lively discussions are the lifeblood of a good forum, and we greatly appreciate our active members who keep the conversations going! In order to stimulate discussion, the default view of our forum features the thread with the most recent response. So if you want to participate in an active discussion, the default page is your best bet. In terms of older threads, sometimes old conversations are still relevant, especially if the material is not time sensitive. If you reply to an older thread, it will be moved the top of the forum page, and you may just reignite an old conversation. We apologize if you were not able to get an answer to a question, but please feel free to ask it again and one of our experienced members will be happy to answer!
