1st World Problem

Definitely not a complaint, just looking for information.

I am finding myself with a lot of unrefundable OBC for my next cruise. Can that be used to purchase Future Cruise Credits, or will I have to force Mrs. Rebel to get more massages?

That depends on how you want to enjoy your cruise. Remember “happy wife, happy life”.Book the massages, manicure, pedicure etc for her .... Big Smile

Send her off for a massage and go play that machine where you try to knock off the hook a hundred dollars of ones.

Where are the Princess Cruise Line aficionados, DVCruiser and JCOAKML? They would know this one!!!!

Good question!

For Princess, the Future Cruise Credit charge goes straight to my credit card that I have listed for the cruise. It doesn’t come out of the OBC.

That's too bad, but makes sense. Thanks

You can't pay for that with OBC. Enjoy some cocktails, maybe a couples massage or dinner in the specialty restaurants. Or, take some excursions.

On our last cruise we had a large chunk of OBC and with everything already paid in advance we decided to use it on a few specialty dinners and went to the shops. Picked up a nice linen shirt and a wonderful bottle of $120 aged rum to take home. The on board duty free shop is a wonderful place to dispose of that unused credit.

I'm sure I won't have trouble spending it, considering my subscription to Crooner's and my wife's subscription to the spa. I may even finally try a specialty restaurant.

From what I understand, the Military OBC is refundable, but I'm pretty sure it will also be used.Big Smile

Enjoy it well .... because what use is OBC if not to enjoy, splurge and pamper with.
