I found the help to be of great service, however the ship décor was outdated and could use a modernizing. I was overbilled for things I did not use or have and had to correct this on the boat. The money was refunded but hard to keep track of. Thirty dollars for wifi,which should be free, was a bit too much. The service was wonderful but the food was just O.K.
