I was so excited about this cruise, and boarding the ship was a breeze.  Once on board and allowed into our cabin we were shocked to see how banged up the room was.  The seal around the balcony door was bad so the wind whistled all the time, our room steward never introduced himself to us.  He did keep fresh towels in the bathroom, but it took 3 days for us to get a bucket of ice.  The dining arrangements were wrong so we had trouble connecting with our friends for dinner.  The staff on the ship just seemed to have a very poor attitude and almost made us feel as if we were bothering them if we asked for anything... but the entire Casino staff was very nice and hard working. 2 of my shirts were stained from something on the back of the deck chairs... don't know if it will wash out or not.  We would not want to go on this ship again... and perhaps never with Carnival again... they say time heals all wounds... we will see.  The itinerary was wonderful.
