Experienced difficulties with printing airline boarding passes from the ship's commuters while docked in Nassau. We stopped a cruise ship employee on the staircase who was on his way to a meeting. He introduced himself, greeted us with a smile and gave outstanding customer service. He personally found a working commuter and assisted us with printing our tickets. He made us feel like important and priviledged passengers. He was the highlight of the trip and the shining star!
