We booked based on the amenities and the time frame. The bad service started as soon as we were checking in,  the attendants were curt. The bad service continued throughout the entire trip.  We didn't get the incised onboard credits. The rooms were pathetically small,  despite paying for a balcony. The pool, slides, outdoor activities were closed for 4 Days! The weather warranted the closure 1 day.  The food was moderate at best. Poker chips were stolen out of 1 of the 6 cabins we had.  We paid for 1.5 hour wave runner excursion, yet it lasted 35 minutes.  They apparently include the paperwork, Wait times,  video and demo.  I have been on 3 different cruise lines this was by far the worst. I have a few more incidents, but this gives a good summary.
