Had a great waiter when we played bingo named Allan,he took excellent care of us,was the best on board. Then there wasn't enough waiters on a day at sea on the Lido deck. Our day in Cozumel, we went to Chankanaab Beach, beach too rocky for young children,the restrooms were awful,had 4 and only 1 working,the staff working VERY RUDE. I wouldn't recommend the trip at all.
