Ship was nice. Furnishings and rooms looked decently new. Plenty to do and see. Boarding was horrendous. There was a very long line that wasn't moving in 100 degree weather. The never told us what the issue was and the people in the port area were not friendly. A lady told us to go the wrong way down an aisle effectively putting us behind roughly 80 people that we were in front of before. Upon complaining about it, she said she knew what she was doing. Also felt a little jam-packed at the emergency evacuation drills and couldn't hear the speaker from our location anyway, but understand the necessity.
