So let's start with not being allowed to reschedule during a hurricane. Then sail to locations that are shutting down because the hurricane. Then cut the cruise short and still don't have a refund or have been contacted by carnival. Then they reloaded passengers and sailed to locations that took a direct hit, what are passengers going to do at the stops, look for dead people? Carnival will do and say anything as long as you give them your money and American Express should be ashamed being partnered with them. I never understood one crew member on the ship, customer service was non existent and the food quality was not worthy of throwing overboard. We will never use carnival again and are contemplating cutting up our American Express.
