By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I really enjoyed the comedy club and our bartender for dinner but other then that all the employees seemed to hate being there and anytime you would try to be polite and ask for something they would talk back and tell you they cant help you and walk away. We formally complained about specific events to Carnival but they basically just said sorry and we will let the ship managers know. For that reason we will never cruise with them again as the great price for a room is not worth the hassle.

That is all we can say is wow! Man what a massive ship and by far the best cruise we have taken to date. Not only did you not feel like you were on a ship but even in the rough seas the ship barely moved which was amazing! We couldn't believe how much there was to do on this ship and we met an awesome couple our age which made the trip even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this ship at least once to everyone because it will change the way you think of cruising forever!

The service was not the best experience as service was not the best on this cruise. The ship was dirty and entertainment wasn't great other than the comedy lounge which we did enjoy. Getting on and off the ship was not well organized. It did ruin our Carnival experience but maybe one day we will try again. To me you get what you pay for on Carnival.

We really enjoyed coming back to royal Caribbean after taking a disappointing cruise with carnival. The service was amazing on this ship and we loved all the variety of activities they had for all ages. We also really enjoyed the destinations which were included but decided we would never take a 6 night cruise again as they are wayyyy to short!  

This was my husband's first cruise he ever took and he said that by far he believes royal has the best kids program. He was just turning 13 at the time but even as a teenager he said the things they have them doing on this ship is so exciting as someone that age and that they never had any issues with bad service or unclean rooms. He always loved coming back to his room with the towel animals and he loved the food that was served on the ship. He also said the crew was awesome at treating every kid as if they are the most important kid on the entire ship.
