Ship: Majesty of the Seas
This is a great little getaway. It may be the smallest ship, but it has everything that you need for your relaxation. We had great waiters, Prakash and Jorge, in the MDR. They were great. I hope that we can luck up and get them again. Roy was our steward and he always had our room looking great. All of the crew is always upbeat and act like they enjoy their jobs.
We had booked a trip on the Empress and had to change to the Majesty 2 weeks before our cruise. We prefer to sail on the older ships. We found that the staff was very friendly. There was limited activities to do at night unless you liked raffles and sales. The Windjammer dining room was crowed most of the time, so it was hard to find a place to sit. We were not able to dock in Cococay due to rough waters
The ship was nice. The weather was cloudy and rainy for much of the trip. t
The winds were gusty making the water rough. We were late leaving Nassau due to the wind, the captain wanted to stay safe. The dining was good. We upgraded to a balcony room and the air did not work.
