Service was very good. Windjammer dining facility was too small and there was inadequate service centers per food item (2) and too few tables.
Food was mediocre to poor.
In the dining room several dishes were served that were not tasty. There was excessive use of a brown gravy that was not a product of the meat it covered, e.g., prime rib was tender and and would have been tasty without the gravy, If liquid was needed it should have been au jus from the cooking of the meat. Also the "veal T-bone steak" was a good piece of meat until ruined by the gravy. A good steak doesn't need gravy.. The gravy tste like it came from a can. The "chicken cardon bleu" was tough and tasteless. There was hardly any cheese. One person at my table had a leg bone in his serving. The "apple strudel" had great tasting filling but the pastry was like leather. I was disappointed that so much canned fruit was offered and limited fresh inseason fruit.
