The shows were great and overall entertainment made it a good trip.  Also, the food was good in the main dining area, but lacked in the buffet and side bars.   An area that needs to be improved is the wide variety between good staff members and really bad ones.    We ran into a number of great staff members, but also had terrible experiences with a few of the crew members.
