Enchantment of the Seas
Sail date: April 29, 2013
Following is based on a 1 to 10 grade. 1 being worse than terrible. 10 being excellent
CONDITION OF THE SHIP ; 2 , ( it's old, run down and badly in need of paint)
STATEROOM: 7, (was large, clean, and nicely furnished)
PUBLIC AREAS; 4, (very uninspiring)
MAIN RESTAURANT & BUFFET, 2 (food was mediocre at best; staff was disinterested,at best, and downright surly, at worst, and cleanliness was not a priority)
SPECIALTY RESTAURANT; 1 (Chops Grille had a $30. p.p. upcharge with a very uneven food quality - truly not worth any upcharge)
ITINERARY; 3 (great for RCCL's Bean Counters, but not so much for it's captives)
OVERALL; 2 (from embarkation to disembarkation every aspect from physical plant, to service, to crew attitude wreaked of "customer-be-damned"
My wife and I have been on 65+ cruises on virtually every cruise line and this experience was catagorically the worst we've ever had.
