Went on the dream Sept 3-10 2017. First time on a cruise went with my wife and a large group of people we knew. Absolutely had a blast. We already have 3 more cruises planned for us and our children. Only issue we had and it was a weather problem was that the last sea day was rough with wind and sea swells, but this was due to the hurricane that had entered into the gulf.

First time on Fantasy. Had to deal with tropical storm Alberto. Got rerouted from our original Port of Cozumel to Progresso. We got our money back for the missed excursion in Cozumel. Though Progresso didn't offer anything similar to our original planned excursion in Cozumel. Didn't really have any way to research Progresso while on the ship. I know this is out of Carnival's control. Here are somethings that are in Carnival's control and honestly think need attention or addressed: waterworks - need to repair the parts that don't work, elevators - these have a mind of their own and honestly need to be looked at/evaluated (one of the elevators literally would not go to deck 9 no matter how many times you pressed the button), seating - IMHO I think more seating in the atrium lobby and the floors above the atrium that are open could use some extra seating to enjoy the performers and music, most of the staff was nice and wonderful. Few instances that we encountered rude or unhelpful staff - quite a few of the camp ocean staff just didn't seem happy or excited to be doing the job they were doing. The guy from the fun squad that calls bingo games was very very rude to me and my family on debarkation day, food - lido buffet during dinner time needs more stuff for children to eat or at least a way to get the same food as served in the dining room saw several parents ask and the chef staff was absolutely clueless.
