Not the best cruise but not the worst
The boarding in New York was disorganized and no one could provide assistance or answer questions. The load speaker system did not function . It was 2hrs before we could board. We then had to drag our hand luggage up to the 9th deck as our cabins were not ready. We finally got into our cabin at 2pm.We had some luggage at 3:30pm the rest at 5:30pm. Lifeboat drill was a joke the person calling off the names could not speak english very well. Breakfast in the dinning romm stunk ..we did not get our food at the same time and mine was always cold. Lunch better,but food still not very hot. Dinner..food delious but again not very hot and most wait staff not really that attentive.
