The cruise from Vancouver to Alaska was very interesting and enjoyable. The inland portion was many hours on a train and two buses. However, there was not much to do at Princess Mount McKinley Lodge or Princess Denali Lodge. We purchased a flight at Princess Denali Lodge for $900 to see the mountains . Turns out when we got home and checked our Visa that we were charged $900 for one couple and another $900 for a different couple. Then we were reimbursed only once for the cancelled flight. Princess has all the documentation and does not dispute it but 2 months later we have not received the $900 refund. Disappointing and unbelievable for a company priding itself for its excellent customer service.
