Great venue with unacceptable flaws
The ship is beautiful and the opportunity to see Hawaii by sea is terrific. However, they fail in the areas of service and charges - i.e. only 2 staff at reception during disembarkation, with about 100 angry passengers in line because they were not allowed to disembark dur to erroneous small charges. They also charge $50 for "free cokes" and try to get you to buy water before excursions. A visit to the doctor for a bandaid will cost you $70. Fees for shows and specialty restaurants along with the above, after you've paid big bucks to take this ship are just insulting and aggravating.
