We are happy with food and service staff. The reason for three stars is the misleading advertisement for internet. They advertise Xcelerate as High Speed Internet at Sea for $299 per device and state that you can access Netflix. This is false advertising. The internet is very very slow even to download text pages. I checked the WiFi speed and it is 0.31Mbps Download and 0.26Mbps Upload speed. Anything less than 8 Mbps is SLOW. High speed would be 30Mbps. At the speed of Solstice WiFi I could not even use my work computer that is only text based. The nightly shows are geared toward old fashioned people. Overall 3 stars.
