This was my first NCL experience and my last! I have been on 15 cruises and by far, the NCL staff were the most rude I have ever encounted. Even though I and 142 of my fellow travels were offered a 25% discount on a future cruise because of our "bad experience," this is not enough to entice me back. One of the people in our group had been on 48 cruises. She said - this was the worst.
