Out room service was great...food was awesome...outside staff not so great...Waiter staff could have been a lot better at the cmid pool area....formal dining staff were ok ..but the wait was ridiculous....our cabin was very well taken care of....no complaints there at all....overall...we did have a good time...all of the food was great....but in comparison to other carnival cruise ships that I have been. on...this was not my favorite and most likely will not sail on this particular ship again

Do not sign up for late dining....you will be there a while....waiters there were very nice and service was good when food finally got to us.....be prepared to wait for servers at the pool area if you can get one to stop.....and then it could be a 15 to 20 minute wait for your drink
