Poor Service / Onboard Credit Scam
I am a platinum member of Norwegian The service and treatment we received from from your concierge personnel ( Virginia Brothertan) was terribly disappointing. She's rude impatient, and spoke to us in a very condescending manner. She shouldn't be dealing with your clients.
Last but not least. We never received our $100.00 on board credit. Additionally we were charged an additional $50. for our ship to airport transfer which were already PREPAID!! It's a SHAME!! This was reported to BJ's customer service when we returned but we haven't heard from BJ's customer service since 12/21. POOR SERVICE BY BJ's
