Roomie

Tthe waiters and waitresses were not familiar with the products they offered and the food was cold or not ordered and I had to wait a long time for it. The staff that was selling various items didn't seem to knw what they had and how to sell. There was also an issue with the language. Repeating something in english does not answer a questio0n. They were very disorganized when it came to handing back liquor that they confiscated and as a result, my roommate and I are missing bottles. I sent an email to the guest relations department and have not heard from them yet.

We left, we sailed, we landed. We went ashore saw the shops road on a ferry and a train. Short but nice. Wish we had more time we lost a day. Island people were helpful. Some of the crew were very nice others were not.
