Fair Cruise

Ship was excellent. The main areas on deck 5 are too crowded. I thought the prices for cocktails, beer and wine were excessive. I do not believe that the Cruise Director/Staff are as enjoyable as on other cruise lines.

Good Cruise

Delta Skymiles Cruise consultant was unsatisfactory. He failed to delived as promised OBC. He did not return emails or phone calls promptly. He failed to secure dinner reservatons. We traveled with 8 other couples and all of us had the same unacceptable experience with consultant. Ship was fine but the food was not very good. Dining room much better than the buffet level. To many smokers with little oversight in public areas from staff. Casino smoke overwhelming

Very poor experience

Basically the ship is in need of a face lift. Some of the general areas especially deck 11 and the outdoor pool area. The hot tubs were not working properly the entire period of cruise. food is not very good especially in the main dining areas. many of the passengers fail to follow dress codes while dining and the cruise line chooses to not enforce the rules which makes it unpleasant for all.
