The food was not very good. The service in the dining room was lacking i.e. dinner was served very slowly due to problems in the kitchen. The carpet on the ship need s to be changed in the cabin and in the halls there was an odor ( mildew) many others made the same comment. We witnessed several employees bickering - everyday we witnessed this. We were on Monarch of the Seas last year for the 3 day cruise and chose to do the same cruise line because of the experience we had last year. Unfotunately we were really disappointed.
