Cruise was OK. The shore excursions were arranged through Carnival and were all great. Ship was delayed departure out of Tampa by the Coast Guard. VERY poor information from Carnival; while NCR kept their passengers informed. Buffet had only plastic cups and NO carryout cups. I had to pay $1.50 each + grat for 2 cardboard cups which were empty to put buffet coffe into and then carry back to stateroom. When you spend $4,000 + I DID NOT expect to have to pay for cardboard cups. Also, sanitation in b uffet was VERY poor, dishes were removed by tables were NEVER washed/sanitized!!!!!
